Mint Pacifiers
1 package of lifesavers (or similar brand) breath mints
1 small jelly bean for each pacifier to be made
white cake frosting (for edible favors) or craft glue (for better hold)
Place a bit of frosting or glue on one mint, and stick it together with another mint. Using the cake frosting or glue, stick a jelly bean into the hole of the two mints. To make the handle of the pacifier, turn one mint facing outwards and secure to the pacifier.
